The Diploma’s objective is to provide the theoretical and methodological tools that will allow participants to integrate a social dimension into infrastructure projects of different kinds, considering the current scope and limitations of the instruments available in the Mexican socio-political context, specifically in Social Impact Assessments and in the Free, Prior and Informed Consent and Consultation of Indigenous Peoples.
The Diploma is aimed at civil servants and government officials, members of the business sector, civil society organizations, community representatives, academics, as well as people involved in the subject in general.
