With a view to preventing and reducing conflicts and social impacts around large-scale renewable energy projects, as well as complying with international standards, a series of recommendations are presented for the participatory development of renewable energy projects, where all actors have the opportunity to be part of the planning, development and decision-making processes, based on best practices and national and international recommendations.
